SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA?
Shipping to the EU and UK will include tax and duties in the freight cost.
If you're shipping to outside of the USA, EU or UK, you may be charged taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all the import duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the amount and have no control or influence over this.
If you don't pay the applicable taxes and duties and the item is returned to us, we will deduced any taxes, duties or fees incurred by us from your refund.

YOUR RIGHT TO END THE CONTRACT
You can always end your contract with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract.
If what you have bought is faulty or mis-described you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product repaired or replaced or to get some or all of your money back).
If you have just changed your mind about the product. You may be able to get a refund if you are within the 14 day cooling-off period, but this may be subject to deductions and you will have to pay the costs of return of any goods according to the table above.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order however.
RETURNS
You have 14 days, from the date you received your order, to return your purchase. Items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that they were received in. Please ensure before you return an item that all tags are attached, all original packaging is present and intact. For footwear, please place the shoebox inside protective packaging.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order however.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
If an item arrives defected, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return your purchase.
If you have any questions please contact us at customerservice@charlesjeffrey.net with your order number and specify the details of the complaint or return.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied original method of payment, within 14 days.
