    You can always end your contract with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract.

    If what you have bought is faulty or mis-described you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product repaired or replaced or to get some or all of your money back).

    If you have just changed your mind about the product. You may be able to get a refund if you are within the 14 day cooling-off period, but this may be subject to deductions and you will have to pay the costs of return of any goods according to the table above.


    You have 14 days, from the date you received your order, to return your purchase. Items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that they were received in. Please ensure before you return an item that all tags are attached, all original packaging is present and intact. For footwear, please place the shoebox inside protective packaging.

    In order to return your order you need to complete the online return procedure by clicking on the following link. Your return request will be notified to our Customer Care, who will evaluate whether to authorize it or not: the authorization from the Customer Care will be confirmed by an email.

    Please use a pre-paid return label included with your order.

    You can then post your return either at your nearest DHL drop-off point or you can also book in a return collection by visiting DHL website on and indicating your Waybill number on the label. Please remember to choose your Country from the drop-down menu in the right-up corner of the page.

    Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
